Students studying in Class-I to Class-X at any institution in West Bengal may participate in the Drawing Competition.

প্রথম শ্রেণী থেকে দশম শ্রেণী পর্যন্ত স্কুলে পাঠরত ছাত্রছাত্রীরা এই অঙ্কন প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিতে পারবে ।

There will be no registration fee.

এই প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিতে কোন রেজিস্ট্রেশান ফি লাগেব না ।

Topic of the Drawing: COVID Situation in your views.

অঙ্কনের বিষয়ঃ তোমার চোখে কোভিড পরিস্থিতি ।

Candidates are required to send the scanned copy of the own drawing through email at asnbvpmc@gmail.com.

ড্রয়িংটি স্পষ্ট করে স্ক্যান করে asnbvpmc@gmail.com ইমেইল করতে হবে ।

Essays sent through any other means will not be accepted.

অন্য কোন ভাবে পাঠানো ড্রয়িংগ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না ।

Drawings are to be scanned compulsorily in pdf, jpg, jpeg or png format. No other format will be accepted.

ড্রয়িংটি pdf, jpg, jpeg or png ফরম্যাটে স্ক্যান করে পাথাতে হবে । অন্য কোন ফরম্যাটে স্ক্যান করলে তা গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না ।

While emailing the drawing, participant must mention his/her name, address, name of the institution, contact number etc.

ইমেইল করার সময় নিজের নাম, ঠিকানা, প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম, মোবাইল নাম্বার পাঠাতে হবে ।

Drawing must be scanned in good quality so that it may be understood very clearly. Mela Committee may reject any drawing if it is not clear enough to be understood.

ড্রয়িংটি ভাল ভাবে স্ক্যান করতে হবে যাতে তা স্পষ্টভাবে বোঝা যায় । অন্যথায় মেলা কমিটি তা বাতিল ঘোষণা করতে পারে ।

In case of any unpredictable situation, the decision of the Mela Committee will be treated as final and the participants must be agreed to them.

যে কোন বিতর্কের ব্যাপারে মেলা কমিটির সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে ।

Last date to send the essays is 22nd January, 2022
